You probably do not want to see or hear about any accident happening while you are having fun with your favorite sports. Undoubtedly, it is very important to go for a warm-up before you start your sport – same goes to ping pong. Ping pong requires fast reaction, and any sport that has to do with speed deals with muscles. Therefore, in order not to injure yourselves while playing, there are some suggested warm-ups you can do!

First of all, we can do some stretching exercises before we start. Below are some suggested stretching exercises to warm up your body:
After you are done with these exercises, you may consider ending your warm up with some shadow plays. For instance, you can do an imaginary stroke play (pretending you are playing ping pong but you are not actually touching the ball). When you are done with those, you are probably ready for a session of ping pong!
